At the Art Gallery of Regina, we look forward to the annual Members' Show & Sale; we know you do, too!
The Members' Show & Sale is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and one of our most popular events.
Every year, our members fill the main gallery with unique, handmade works of art, offering rare opportunities to experience the breadth of practices and creative visions of our vibrant local artistic community.
All members are invited to participate; all submissions that adhere to our guidelines are accepted.
The Members' Show & Sale is a fundraiser for the Art Gallery of Regina; all participants agree to donate 30% of sales to the gallery; the gallery pays the remainder to artists after the sale ends.

Show & Sale Guidelines
All participants in the Members' Show & Sale must read and abide by the Submission Guidelines.
Even if you have participated in the past, please review the guidelines, as we make changes to them every year.
The guidelines file contains a page of 10 artwork labels that you can print yourself for your convenience.

Submission Form
In order to participate in the AGR's Members' Show & Sale, all members must submit an online Submission Form using the link below.

You do not need to have a Gmail account to submit the form.

The form can be filled out on a computer, tablet, or cell phone.

You will be asked to confirm that you have read the Submission Guidelines and agree to follow them; please ensure you have read them before submitting the form.
There is no time-limit to complete the form–but once submitted, the form cannot be changed.
To avoid confusion and/or multiple entries, ensure you have the following on hand before making your entries in the online form:
1. Your full legal name (used for payment by cheque), mailing address, and phone number.
2. The categories each of your submissions falls under (i.e. Wall Work, Small Pedestal Work, etc.).
3. Information for all the artworks you are submitting, including title, dimensions, media/materials, and price.
4. Photos (.jpeg or .png) for all artworks with appropriate filenames. Members will Gmail accounts can attach their photos to the online submission form; photos can still be provided by email, file sharing link or USB drive. (See the Submission Guidelines for more information.)
5. Your GST number, if you have a GST number.

Volunteer Sign-up
Contribute to the Art Gallery of Regina’s Members’ Show & Sale by volunteering your time and skills. We rely on dedicated volunteers to help ensure this exhibition of over 400 member-created artworks is expertly presented. Volunteer shifts are available from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the task.
Volunteer roles include preparing gallery walls, assisting artists during artwork drop-off, and arranging and hanging artworks. Each role is essential to the smooth installation of the Members’ Show & Sale. Training will be provided to ensure all volunteers are comfortable handling and displaying artwork with care and professionalism.
