A benefit for the Art Gallery of Regina

On October 23rd, the Art Gallery of Regina will be holding its major fund raising event for the year. Our annual “A Feast for the Eyes” benefit celebrates the Art of Food and features culinary creations by many of Regina's premier chefs. This year's theme is "A Taste of Italy" so we will be highlighting the food, art and culture of this unique region. All proceeds from the event go to support the programming at the Art Gallery of Regina.

Throughout the evening there will be a variety of live entertainment along with a Silent Auction featuring many unique items. Bernard Callebaut will also be on hand serving their scrumptious chocolate treats!

This popular event is often a sell out so be sure to buy your tickets early! This year the number of tickets will be limited and the gala will be held at St. Mary’s Church (on the corner of 15th Avenue and Montague Street) rather than at the Gallery itself to allow more space.

Tickets are $40 in advance, and $45 at the door and are available at the Gallery or by calling 522-5940.

This brightly colored pastel entitled “13th Avenue & Garnet” by Saskatchewan artist FISH captures the unique charm and character of the Cathedral Village neighborhood.

Reproductions are now available for sale at the Gallery for $40.00 (tax included).

The printed images are 10”x13” - ideal for standard 16”x20 “ frames.

All proceeds go to support the Art Gallery of Regina.

Seasonal Art Cards: Now Available

The Art Gallery of Regina is now selling Seasonal Art Cards celebrating Saskatchewan Art. The cards and envelopes are available in sets of twelve at a cost of $10.00. Each set includes twelve different images of the winter season reproduced from original artworks by Saskatchewan artists.

Featured are works by Jeanne d'Arc Gaudet, Anne Falconer Packham, Beth Gaffney, Shirley Guest, Donna Kriekle,
Jana Kutarna, Sharron Labatt, Wee Lee, John Macfarlane, Bonnie McBride, Doug Welykholowa, and Tom Young.

All proceeds from the sale of these items go to support the programming of the Art Gallery of Regina.
